Menu manager/switch problem

In Mac OSX he about menu gets moved  to the APPLE menu and submenu 
"help" in the help menu disappear. I think there is a bug.
A work around I found for this problem is to use other names  for 
submenus in  the Help menu.
For example:

Documentation

the a divider line

About

I do not know why,  but it works,
