Only another few years to go and perhaps the word "corruption" won't 
make me twitch...

Seriously though, I do realise that it was HyperCard's disk-based 
nature allied with it's constant disk access, that caused the 
corruption. I have experienced one case were there was something odd 
that looked like corruption (in Rev 1.0) and a few cases were I have 
had to revert to the ~ backup file, but nothing like the disasters that 
can occur with HyperCard.
