POP3 Library?

I have written a collection of POP routines and had them tested and 
improved by Chipp & Mike.
The next thing is to assemble them all neatly into a library - it's on 
my to-do list...
Hopefully it will be ready in a week or so and then I will put it on my 
web site and announce it to the list.
