Report Builder - am I missing something?

I was fooling around with the Report Builder but it seems to be lacking 
a..."report builder". I am referring to what HyperCard provided. There 
was a dialog that permitted one to specify which background fields 
would appear (left-to-right) in a list report (presumably of a DB-like 
stack).

The Rev Report Builder seems only to automate the "search the stack for 
the proper records" function.

Am I missing something here?
