Rev 2.0 ERROR on Windows XP

Hi Roger

I had this problem and for me it didn't go away with a reinstall so I had to
find the problem. I eventually tracked it down to the contents of
cRevGeneral["debugObjects"] in the revPreferences stack. If you delete
what's there it fixes the issue.
