Copying a file

Hello,

my on-screen portfolio's assistant need to pick an image file somewhere on a
volume and copy it in a specified folder within my app's default folder.

I know how to create and specify the target folder, and how to "answer file"
but I don't know how to place a copy of it in the target folder without
opening it and re-saving it.

Can any one help me ?
