Rev 2.02/New pricing

It all sounds good to me although I need to see the upgrade options &
prices.
The odd thing is that when I went to the downloads page to see if 2.0.2
was available, I could only get 1.1.1 or 2.0RC1. I seem to have slipped
into a time warp here :-)
