Externals problem - Windows Messages

Finally got it running.

As it turns out, there are some commands to communicate with Revolution in 
XCmdGlue (which comes with the external framework).
So all the messages that are sent by the Taskbar-icon are now handled by an 
invisible window (created in the DLL), and passed to revolution with 
SendCardMessage().

All of this C++ has really reminded me why I like Revolution so much 
(although a bit of documentation on externals might have helped a bit :-).
