I think the 2.0.2 Distribution builder puts the files in the OS X Package automatically now.  Check out the package contents after the doing the build and see if the files are in there.  I saw this to, filed a bug report and that was the response.  I had already reinstalled 2.0.1 due to the database problems in 2.0.2 so I haven't checked this yet.
