Rev's documentation offers this tip:

To place the current stack's file path in a variable, enter the following in
a handler or the message box:
  set the itemDelimiter to "/"
  get item 1 to -2 of the effective filename of this stack


Won't this one-liner do as well?
    put token 1 to -2 of the effective filename of this stack
Or are there cases where it will fail?
