Sounds cool to me. I think, in spite of RR's and MetaCard's  good
relationship, there has been an underlying fear that if anything ever went
wrong, Rev would be in serious trouble whenever the contract ran out. This
acquisition alleves that situation and opens the door to a very bright
future for both companies.
