Building MacOS X apps in Rev 1.1.1r2

I've been making apps with Rev and then using MetaCard to build a 'Splash'
or starter that opens the Rev file.  I've had luck so far but there are
probably some gotcha's to this solution.

It will be nice to have a Rev only solution...
