'Out of Office' auto-responders

Are you folks seeing a lot of "Out of the Office" auto-responses?

Would it be possible/desirable to automatically unsubscribe mailing list
subscribers who activate auto-responders when going on vacation?

The polite subscriber does that any way, so it would seem to just save them
a step they forgot while reducing the flood of such notices to active
readers.
