serendipidy. i was just going to ask if the
"selectable" option in the Application Browser
had a scriptable counterpart. there it is at the
top of the search results column for "select"
in the Transcript Dictionary search:
the cantSelect.

i need this. especially for the mysterious 
traversalOn property.
