newbie build question

Hello all, it's a great day. I've learned a lot today.

I have a question about the DB.
I am new and so include a bunch of libraries just in case. I am not yet 
comfortable with this aspect yet.
That's OK because it's on CD and there is room for the extra overhead. 
Eventually I want to trim up these files.

But, for this CD I am getting the videograbber library and it is 
outside of the build bundle. I don't need this as I know for sure I 
don't use video in this CD.
So, is it safe to just delete this file when I burn to CD???? or are 
there engine calls from with in the built app that will get screwed up 
if I delete it??? Again I don't use any video calls in my code. But 
being new I put include others in DB to get the revspeech which I am 
using, I think.
