How Does One Display A Leadind "-" In A PopUp Menu?

Thank you for the suggestion.  I will follow up on it unless someone 
else can point out an easier way we both have missed.

To all, Please pardon a mild rant:

Can someone explain to me WHY Revolution chooses to ignore a line I 
placed in a popUp menu?  It's there because I want it there; so where 
does the engine get off ignoring my wishes?

Any example of the engine unilaterally reducing my options to (I can 
only suppose) protect the innocents, will evoke this response from 
moi!
