I just typed into the IE address bar "http://www.revjournal.com/" and 
got...

Service Unavailable
The proxy is currently unable to handle the request due to a (possibly) 
temporary error. Extended error information is:
Failed to forward the request to the web server at www.revjournal.com:80. 
This may be due to a firewall configuration error or a DNS failure.
