Actually, such a thing already exists in the form of "FreeGUI", a HC-like
GUI for MC:

...but I don't know what effect the recent acquisition of MC by Rev has on
it. It can only be used with the Free Edition without paying for Rev's
license anyway, so, I assume. nothing.
