Ah, in the Rev UI...

You can change this behaviour, too :-)

Preferences -> Files & Memory (deja vu? ;-):

If destroystack is false, when closing last stack in file:

[ ] Don't close the file
[ ] Close the file
[x] Ask

I think the last one is set in your RR...

Check "Close the file" to get rid of these annoying messages :-)
