Using strong language

I suffer from this as well. I usually am much less well disposed to people who use strong language on lists. In real life, off-the-cuff discussions I am much more forgiving (though it still colors my perception - It's amazing I love my wife so much, she swears like a sailor), but on a mailing list, where you have the time to think through what you are saying, it really tends to bug me.
