Passing cookies in URL?

I'm trying to retrieve the HTML contents of a page that is only
accessible if a cookie is stored on the user's machine. If I go in
through a browser, it comes right up; if I do a "get url" from Rev, I
just get the "login" page. 

Anyone know of a way of passing cookies in a URL (or equivalent)?
