There is a list of differences between HyperCard and Revolution in the 
Rev docs. Look for the section that addresses experienced HyperCard 
developers:

Roadmap-> For new developers-> Experienced HC or SC developer-> About 
Revolution for HyperCard developers

Then look at the "See also" list on that card topic.
