Have I to convert the file name on UTF8?

[Fran=?ISO-8859-1?B?5w==?=ois Cuneo]

Hello everybody

I asked my problem before, but I think I was not so clear because I have no
answer. So I ask again, because the problem is really important for me.


To be simpler:

I save a stack with diacritical char.
By example:

save  stack "coucou" as "pépé.edb"

All seams OK, but the file can't be opened after by revolution.
And if I Say

open stack "pépé.edb"
save stack "pépé.edb
one pépé name on the foleder is pˆ©pˆ©.edb~


Have I to convert the name in utf8 (I had the same problem with REalBasic
and it was the solution).
But I don't understand how to do that
