placing a sub stack

Hi Steve,

I'm not sure where one clicks to this now; however one can always do 
it from the Message Box:

set the mainstack of stack "myNewSubstack.rev" to "myMainStack.rev"

To make a substack a separate stack:

set the mainstack of stack "myNewSubstack.rev" to "myNewSubstack.rev"
