stack window size

I am sure this is a very naive question......

I opened a stack I had authored in RR1.1.1 in RR 2B that had
a window size of 800 x 600 pixels: it opened in a much
smaller window: there was no property area that I could find
to both reset the window size, and stop it from resizing.
