couple of IDE questions

Hi, a couple more IDE questions:

1) I have two groups with no controls, no scripts. Rev won't let me 
delete them. According to the docs, selecting Clear Objects from the 
edit menu should work. But often Clear Objects is not available in the 
edit menu, and even when I it is available, it doesn't remove the empty 
groups. How else can I get rid of these groups?

2) I am copy-pasting text from MS Excel into Rev. Sometimes if I select 
more than one cell in Excel, what get's pasted into Rev doesn't go into 
a Field text box, it gets written into the background image group. 
Seems to draw the text right into the image itself (a .jpg). How can I 
prevent that from happening?
