Not all mail goes into the Digest

Hi all

Over and over again I see replies to mail where the original mail was 
not in the Digest.

It seams that the Digest is cut of at some place.

A recent example is the mail with the Topic:      1.5 (now 2.0)

The replies is there but not the original.
