Problems with THE FILES and long filenames

Hmm, It seems like MacOS X will give the correct response using "The Files"
up to 31 characters. After that it appends a "#3A624" after the 31st
character. Windows doesn't seem to have that problem. Is there a place we
can submit bugs to the Rev staff?
Thanks.
