Creating an Icon Library

Jeanne:

 From the Read Me: "Version  1.1.1 (build release 2)".  I just tried 
it on the PBG3, Mac O/S 9.0 with the same results:

I opened a stack & then opened the Image Library and selected my stack.

I opened another stack, selected an image, and tried to both move & 
copy it to the library with no success.
