to select multiple Fields ?

Is there a possibility to select multiple Fields (let us say
Field1,Field2,Field3...) at the same time ,to copy all and to paste all
to a new selection of multiple Fields (let us say Fieldx,Fieldy,Fieldz...) ?
That is what one does commonly in a spread sheet .
