Sending mail on Windows?

Hello

Om macintosh you can use:
revGoURL "mailto:webmaster at studioalice.se"

But, how do you do it on Windows? In the Transcript Dictionary it says 
that "mailto" is mac-only.

(Mr. Cozens, thanks for the tip about file extension.)
