revCopyFile in 1.1.1

- Great news! I sure need it. Messing with the dos prompt
has never been one of my abilities.

We will include a revCopyFile command in 1.1.1 which will
copy a file on any
OS including the correct creator type and the resource
fork, without loading
the entire file into memory if it is large either.
