Printing to the right of the page width

To those attending MacWorld, hope it is going brilliantly. To the 
rest of you, Hi also.

Printing. I am trying to print the right side of a card that is 
beyond the printed page width. I have tied a number of print commands 
but have been unable to get the area I want to print - full size and 
starting at the left margin of the page. Any help gratefully 
appreciated.
