encrypting game questions

I've thought about writing a trivia game application and was wondering
if anyone
had good ideas on how to split the questions & multiple choice answers
out to a
seperate data file.  Ideally the data file would be encrypted and not
readable by a
text editor.  The stack would understand how to read the file and
decrypt its contents.
