Close stack

I am using Rev 1.1.1.B1 in a PC with  Window 98
I have a problem....
>From a stad-alone program (run-time) tha I created with Revolution I open a
stack as palette.
In this stack I have a button   sending the command "close Stack".
When I click this button... the stack closes but it opens a window from the
finder. 
If I open that stack again, and I click the same button, it closes the stack
and nothing happen
..... somebody can understand this strange behaviour?
