Buying Adobe Acrobat (thus print to PDF) will give you even more 
capability to distribute reports to any platform as well as viewing 
final output without paper...at a greater cost. None of this is a quick 
preview of course. They are elaborations of printing to file and viewing 
it with TextEdit.
