Anything special about Mac OS 8.1 and revGoURL?

I've successfully launched Internet Explorer on all Mac OS's using the 
"revGoURL" command - - - however on Mac OS 8.1, this does not seem to work.  
I get no error messages, and I get no Internet Explorer - - - it's almost 
like Rev "skips" that line of code in OS 81.  I'm trying to figure out if 
it's something that Revolution doesn't like about Mac OS 8.1, or something 
that's not configured properly with OS 8.1's Internet Explorer.  Has anyone 
else had any problems with this, or know why this might be happening?
