Drag and Drop onto App Icon

I do know in HyperCard all you had to do was setup a "on appleEvent" handler
in your stack's script.  I'm assuming it's the same thing for
MetaCard/RunRev.  Of course, that's for a Mac.  On Windows...no idea.
