I downloaded the stack a couple of days ago when Steve raised the 
problem, and it failed for me. I tried again just now and it worked 
perfectly. Other than the fact that I observed it fail once, I am afraid 
I can offer no assistance at all - so far it looks like chance. Sorry.

OS X 10.1.3 (decoding .hqx was automatic; I just changed mc to rev).
