I have a client who wants a solution to remotely logging, updating and interrogating a whole raft of key skills forms (currently over 200 at 3 levels) to track employee progress through their in-house development and diploma courses. Their current solution is a CDROM comprising the manual with all the forms which have to be printed off and completed by hand. The CDROM is distributed world-wide and handled at local level by individual co-ordinators. The intention is to grow the system to involve more departments, more forms and more personnel but on a centralised, internet accessible system.<BR>

Apart from coordinating the project, the scope of this is frankly beyond my programming competencies. If anyone would like to get involved, please contact me off-line. Doesn't have to be Metacard but it's use is already well established and they like the robust interactivity and scope it offers.<BR>
