MC on Win?

[FlexibleLearning]

There is a HowTo in the download files in the MC Group. It does work, but
(as on a Mac) ensure you register the new version in the LC IDE first before
starting.

I have LC 4.5.1 running well on Mac, but I can't seem to set it up on
Windows.

How do you folks do it?
