revCopyFile unsupported on MC?

We decided to add all the "rev-" handlers to the dictionary for 
reference, since many of us use both IDEs. But those handlers are not in 
MC, as you found out. MC does not contain any rev-related front or 
backscripts, or any of its stacks in use. For the most part, you work 
directly with the engine.
