"Janitor" eh?  Cute.

I guess we'll wait for clarification to find out what differences there 
are, if any, between Jacque's opinion and what RunRev intended.

I hope that clarification goes beyond players to also address the 
non-compete clause, since now that Media moves RunRev into the consumer 
application space the implications for a broad range of application 
categories appear potentially prohibitive to many developers.
