How to set stack decorations and object colours.

Must be something wrong with me - had a productive day!

New version of Decorator.mc uploaded:

as well as being a "rip-off" of the RR stack decorations
palette it features a "rip-off" of the object colour
palette.

Before the deluge . . .

All the code is mine, the only "rip-off" is the aesthetic
similarity.
