act with short name of an image

Hi!

I want to put the short name of an image in the field  
"selectedImageName"

therefore I wrote this script:

on mouseUp
     set the showborder of this image to true
     put the short name of this image into fld "selectedImageName"
end mouseUp

But it don't works.

What is my mistake?
