It has been a while, eh! I was never far away, though,
albeit a "little bit busy" (an understatement). I have
been lurking this list the whole time. But .. yeah...
it feels good to be BACK, eg in the sense that I have
some FREE time on my hands. :-)

Busy ... didn't I say that already?? (just kidding of
course). But, fortunately, I've diligently bull-dozed
through all of my duties, and now I'm ready to do some
FUN stuff, for me ; and for my friends, of course. ;-)
The main thing is that my session is finished and all
I have to do now is prepare for my Synthesis Exam; not
a piece-of-cake, but it is only due in August.

Other than my studies, a LOT has been brewing ; which
is why I am forever struggling to keep up with all of
my commitments. I have to learn to say "NO" but it is
exceedingly hard for me to do so!  ;-)

Among the things brewing, I have forged myself a rep
as an authority on the use of interactive computing
technologies (ICT) in Education. Among the players
that are onboard: a school commission backed by the
Ministry of Education (primary & secondary school), a
network of ICT specialists at the college level, a
communityOfPractice of university and Continuing Educ
teachers. Therefore, the scope of my work extends from
 the craddle-to-the-grave .. well, not quite, but you
get what I mean, eh!  :-)

Technologically speaking, here is a list of what I'm
endeavouring to work with : L.A.M.P., Ubuntu distrib,
XUL, SVG, PmWiki, XML & company, and a few others ..
and .. oh yeah! .. MetaCard 2.5 as part of the mix in
some of the solutions that I'm offering to my clients;
albeit decreasingly so. Also: Pan, FreeGUI, FreeCard,
and *that* sort of thing.  :-)

Sounds like FUN! I will do my BEST to participate in
any way I can, albeit I am not formally guaranteeing
it. Experience has taught me to be more parsimonious
with regard to my commitments; or so the effort goes,
eh! But rest assured, my friend, that YOU are a HIGH
priority on my list.  :-)
