Mystery of the Disabled Find

Thought I'd pass this along for laughs:

The Find dialog in my MC script editor suddenly died.  No matter what I
searched for in a script, MC would simply beep at me, indicating it couldn't
find the search text.  I spent half an hour enabling and disabling
everything, opening closing, restarting, etc, until I eventually realized
that the search field contained a wrapped line of text which was invisible
by virtue of it being longer than the field width.  Imagine that.

So if your Find dialog ever decides it's not going to work for you any more,
hit the backspace key a few times...
