revSpeech.bundle

Okay... Running Mac OS9.2:
 
I copy revSpeech.bundle to my "ssbk PlugIns" folder.
 
I set the externals of my substack to "ssbk PlugIns/revSpeech.bundle" and  
start using the substack.
 
I start up and the speech commands are not recognised (yes, tried exiting  
and re-launching).
 
Where am I going wrong, please?
