Basic scrollbar question

True, although after playing with it, it seems that if you set the
thumbsize, it automatically sets the pageInc to the same value, whereas
setting the the pageInc by itself does not set the thumbsize. However the
problem comes from the tick marks that are created because the pageInc is
being adjusted (either physically or as a result of setting the thumbsize).
And everything seems to be one number off (i.e. pageInc of 9 shows ticks
every 10 but clicking on the scrollbar jumps 9, etc.)
