Newer MC engines

I would like to keep the MC archives up to date.  I need some 
clarification though.

Do I rename the Rev 2.1.2 engine to 2.5.1?
I am thinking that it would be convenient to have the Rev archives at 
the same location.  Would this be useful?  I would need people to send 
me older versions of Rev as I have not been keeping them.
